320 top manager of the Volkswagen Group got together at an outstanding two-day event in Hamburg. Two amazing and unique locations provided distinctive settings for profound discussions and top-class entertainment.

The opening was celebrated at the Hotel East, where the combination of pure design, state of the art catering and a diverting program with live music and marvelous show acts created a very inviting atmosphere that made it easy to meet, talk and come to know each other.

The second day, dedicated to workshops and discussions, took place in a quite unconventional scenery, but very typical for the city: The Fischauktionshalle, Hamburg’s former indoor fish market. The 20 workshop rooms were design accordingly, looking like a real fish market. An additional plenary set up provided space for the nine brands of the Volkswagen Group to present their main future goals and top secret strategies. Furthermore, a pro and contra TV discussion with different members of the workshops took place on a center stage, transmitted by four live cameras on a big LED-screen. These two days, both unique in character and experience, formed a remarkable kick-off for the top management to get and stay close, to exchange and live the spirit of the Volkswagen Group all together.
